Paypal and Bank overcharges??

My paypal has 77$ in negatives but my bank has taken three payments of 45$ “missing funds” so i have -77$ on paypal and -130$ in my bank, HOW?? My purchases were three things: 32$, 32$ and 12$, can anyone explain
