Payments to Paypal through Donate button to Ukraine do not work

Hi,

When trying to send money via Donate button onto Ukrainian account, that is linked to a UniversalBank visa of a private person, the transaction finishes with the statement: "Sorry, this payment can’t be completed due to regulations."

Folks in the Ukraine can only receive funds via the friends/family option at this time.

This, unfortunately, doesn't solve my problem, but informs about it's reality.
