Payment successful, seller did not receive

Hi Everyone,

I was purchasing items from AliExpress and selected the PayPal option, completed all the steps, however I think the page timed out.  My account has been debited, but this transaction is not showing on my PayPal transaction history and I the purchase (On AliExpress) is still incomplete, I am being asked for payment.

How do I fix this issue, or even get a refund?

Did you solve this issue?   I am having a similar problem but I don't receive a payment advice and no order is generated or recorded either on Paypal or Aliexpress.  Aliexpress have not been able to solve the problem and this is the only avenue with Paypal.
