Payment still pending even after payment went through and 11 days of waiting

Hey, someone sent me money (30€) 11 days ago on march 18th, and its still not on my balance. the person said the payment went through today (29th of march) but i still dont see it on my balance. i tried verifiying my paypal account but it still doesnt work. i tried adding my bank and debit and it still doesnt work. please help me asap

Is it showing on your paypal account as pending or on hold OR not showing at all?

its just showing as "money received - pending" but i dont have anything in the paypal balance

Sounds like an echeque which normally takes 5-7 business days to clear, however it may take longer dependent on the senders banks processing times OR if its going to fail. Paypal can't do anything to put it in your balance until they have received it.
