I sent a payment to a store four days ago and the paypal page said transaction failed.But I got the paypal email that my order had been placed with the store.The paypal payment still says pending after four days. Does this mean the payment has failed ? The store has not processed my order yet.Also there no cancel button under the amount on the paypal transaction.
When you pay a company then it is often pending or awaiting authorisation until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.
If they don't receive or process the order and capture that payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment and returns back to your funding source.
