I just bought some pokemon cards and used the pay over 3 i stallement option but the app froze on loading screen and has taken the first payment which is pending on paypal but cleared from my bank but the pokemon card shop still says its not received payment what should i do now

If you don't successfully make a purchase with Pay in 3, the pending authorisation should be voided within 72 hours. You can find more information about Pay in 3 by visiting the FAQs page.
