Payment declined by paypal with error code 14766

Hi,

My employer send me payment. But it didn't reach paypal account. Account to employer, payment declined with error code 14766 .

Please assist

The option to receive Paypal payments is sadly not available in Armenia.
You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.

Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer.
There are quite a few countries unable to receive Paypal payments.

I checked with our banks and also on the official Paypal website it says that they work from Armenia

Paypal is available in Armenia but you are in a send only country.

If you go to the homepage of your own countries site using the link you posted you will see at the top it says PERSONAL > pay online / send. Other countries have send and receive.

I have been on here for over 12 years and in that time you have NEVER been able to receive paypal payments in Armenia.

Also scroll all the way down to the country list in this link and you will see it says Armenia > send only.

I would not tell you that you can not receive in your country if it was not a fact.

I had a check in the mail where it says that they sent the money, but I just opened PayPal and then there was no card attached from my card to add the saved money. By the way, I didn’t even approve my passport before that, the money was returned to the TURBOSCUID account, please help me, what can I do to get this money
