Payment cancelled

I received massage that I should create PayPal account before March 27th if i want to receive my funds and I created PayPal account today but since I cannot receive my payment, they cancelled my payment...what can I do to receive my funds?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I understand your concern to receive the payment. If the payment has been canceled then it seems that the sender has canceled the payment from their end. In this case, please contact the sender and ask the sender to resend the money again from their account.
