Hi. I tried to make a payment by PayPal, but got this message - ''We can’t complete this transaction. The recipient has exceeded the receiving limit and must provide more informationrmation to lift the limit.'' The grammatical error on the word 'information' got me suspicious, but would also like confirmation on whether the message just means the recipient needs to contact PayPal to 'up' it's limits.. thanks.. David
