Pay in 4. Is that only available to business account?

I’m generating invoices using a personal account. The invoices are for goods and services. Is PayPal paying for available to the buyers paying an invoice or must I have a business account?

That doesn’t answer my question. I’m looking for advice as a seller. My buyer is asking for pay in 4 and says they’ve used it before. It did not display on my invoice as an option. Is that because I as the seller have a personal account and NOT a business account?
