Hi there. I made a purchase using pay in 3 in January. However, I had to cancel the order and reorder due to a mistake. The seller cancelled the order, I got the refund message and I re made the order using the pay in 3. However, I've noticed that my email was grouping the emails and my first pay in 3 (which got cancelled) is still active and I've paid money towards it. I've contacted the seller and they have all the details that the refund was processed. How can I go about reclaiming the 2 payments that I've paid towards the item that got cancelled? Thanks, Marc.
