I cannot transfer funds. It's asking for additional business information, but I'm not a business I simply made a online sale on grailed and now it wont let me transfer my money. I've had no other issues with this when selling on other online platforms. It's asking for additional business information specifically, these kinds of documents , "Business registration details, Tax exemption form , CPA financial statement audit", I don't have these since I'm not business. I've had no other issues with this when selling on other online platforms. Any help would be appreciated.
