I have about 8 dollars on PayPal so I want to add 2 more and withdraw $10 (the minimum amount), but for some reason after clicking TRANSFER MONEY, there's only the option to transfer money from PayPal to my bank, not the other way around. I live in Vietnam if that matters.
The option to add funds is unfortunately not available in every country. If you go to transfer below your balance and there is only the withdraw option then you won't be able to add funds.
Advice is voluntary. Kudos / Solution appreciated.
