Transaction from PayPal to my Mastercard was declined. In the mail I got this massage: "If your card has not been updated in a while, please update your card information and try again. Or, you may also select a different account to transfer your funds to."
My card is valid until end of the year but still I have not managed to transfer money to my card.
I have tried to update my card info but it says that I am entering unvalid card data (which i am not).
So my question are: is my expire card date the reason for this?
