My money on hold because I changed my password

My payment on hold because PayPal detects my password change as new activity, I usually receive g&a payments and they were never hold cuz I make tons of transactions but recently someone tried accessing my account so I had to change my password and now paypal detects it as new activity, is their a way to fix? But in mind that I already added shipping status and they replied me with since we detected new activity we will still hold the payment till the end of period

All you can do is contact customer services and ask but to be honest as the whole process is mostly automated I doubt things will change that quickly.

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
