Hello everyone,
I'm 99.99% sure Paypal will let me drown on this one.
I sent a paiement as friend to a friend, 250€.
I didn't know that he had a new paypal account, so I sent money to the old one.
He then told me that he had to create a new account some times ago, because he lost access to his phone number. Paypal then didn't care at all about his situation, so he just created a new account.
But now, he wants to connect to the old account, and only options are code via sms sent or whatsapp.
So, I just lost 250€ and paypal will not do anything about it ? Even if I told them to check the activity of the other account (inactive since long time) ?
