Money are sent but receiver has nothing becoming on his account!

I send money to my friend in Pakistan by family and friends but nothing was received! Why is that possible?

Because Paypal is not available OR supported in Pakistan unfortunately.

If he is trying to bypass that by using another countries paypal account then not only is that against paypal rules but it also won't work for him.

Thanks for the help, the money is now gone from my credit card and paypal account so I have opened a dispute to get it back but paypal have closed this dispute with no refund! Why are paypal still holding this money now and when will I get this money back? Do I need to go to the nearest police station and file a complaint against Paypal?

Feel free to go to a police station and file a complaint if you want to, matters not one jot to me.

However if you want further advice then tell me which option you used to send the funds / how you funded that payment and what it says on the transaction in your paypal account.
