Manager Support

I have a non-profit Business Account.  I had issues with Paypal Fees.  I spoke with a Rep who could not help.  I askek to speak to a supervisor/Manager.  None available, I was told.  I asked for a call-back.  Yes, I was told but after 2 weeks - NO callback.

 

I called again and another rep just said, NO manager/supervisor available.  This seems like just a way to divert or stop customers.  Then she said "Supervisor will just tell you what I am telling you"

So much for Managers getting involved with concerned Customers.  Evidently, they just don't do that or agents need retraining so we can actually speak with someone who might help us.... Really Disappointed and looking for a better alternative
