Is there a fee for transferring funds from my BPI Credit Card to my Paypal Account?

Are there fees that I need to keep in mind in having a Paypal Account? -- Transferring funds from my BPI Credit Card to my Paypal Account / monthly charges / maintaining fee / etc

Fees are in paypals user agreement for your country or go to help top of page and put in FEES.
