I'm a customer. recently ordered (for the second time) something from Wayfair, using Paypal. I expected to have to put in my password, but somehow Wayfair had me as AUTOPAY, from my previous order, although I never gave them permission to "save my credentials". I want to always have to enter my password to use Paypal. Does everyone I've used Paypal for, save me as AUTOPAY?

No, just some companies but they only charge you when you purchase from them again.
There is normally a small tick box you have to use to NOT allow it but its hard to find or non existent sometimes so keep an eye on your autopayments.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.

I believe you. But that is stupid. How can I find what is REALLY an autopay? Paypal should control this. "Autopay" should be an automatic, recurring payment. Stored payment method is something else. SMH!
