Invoice Problem

Hi, I have a problem. I sent my client an invoice a few days ago and they tried to pay several times, but even tho their bank (Chase, U.S.) says that the payment went through, PayPal declines it and refunds them. I live in Bosnia and my client is in Beverly Hills, California. I need help ASAP considering I'm supposed to start working with the client in 2 days from now. Thanks!
