Immediate funds available decreased

Hi Why will my available immediate funds be decrease from 24000 dollars to 300 dollars. Nothing funny happened. I need the expected funds to cover expenses. I am a freelancer. This will kill my income. Please assist.

I don't have an answer, I just wanted to emapthize. PayPal is abusive to its customers and has terrible customer service. Working with them is being held hostage. I'm sorry you are experiencing the same PayPal pain I am. It sucks.
