I open Instacart on PayPal and pay for the orders. In addition to that I use PayPal to pay for my CVS orders. But there is no reward. I thought it was that I needed to pay with my PayPal balance to get the reward. Then I tried transferring money to my PayPal balance, but it showed "We're having trouble with this transaction". What's wrong?
