I'm unable to withdraw money from my disabled account

It's been 14 months that my account is disabled and I'm trying to withdraw my money but I'm unable to do so. Whenever I sent them a message they auto reply that your account is blocked and we can't do anything and last time I called them and they said you'll be able to withdraw your money now but when I click withdraw then I get an error, then again I called them a rude lady said you don't need to call again and again you need just to wait and try again and again. If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.

You can normally withdraw via any linked bank account / card already on your permanently limited account. I don't think you can add a funding source to that account.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

Thanks for your reply, when I text them in live chat it goes to email, and in email/message I just get auto respond that your account has been closed and we can't reactivate it, even though I have not mentioned any thing about activation, and yes I called them twice, in first call she said that your account limit has been removed and now you can add a bank account and withdraw your amount, but when i tried to withdraw, it gives me error, then I called again and the second lady was totally technically clueless that whats going on, i felt like she doesn't know ABC of paypal, and I can't call again and again because I live overseas now and it costs me a lot to call to UK. Thanks

That is probably why you can't withdraw the funds, Paypal is country specific so you normally can't use a country specific paypal account from another country.

Only customer services can help you withdraw the funds unfortunately.
