I'm a Virtual Streamer. I got a donation from Ko-Fi and Paypal put my payment on hold.

I am a streamer. I get donations from people who want to support me through Ko-Fi which goes through PayPal. PayPal just placed my first donation on hold which is money that I really need to my dog's medication. My fellow streamers never had this problem before. I can't give shipping information because these are donations. If I do that or even attempt to add a shipping address - won't that be considered fraudulent which will just put my account more at risk.

I understand that I might be a new user but this is a huge nuisance. This is my first donation and the money is something that I need urgently. I put my bank account and even a card but still there are no options to release my money earlier.

There is no way for me to contact the person that donated the money to me to mark that they have received the service - even that would be an inconvenience to them.

What's going to happen to my money after 21 days? Is PayPal going to keep it? How can I have it released earlier without having to contact the person who donated the money to me?
