So I was recently at my cousin's bday party and when I got home, I noticed my paypal had paid someone on patreon for $202. It was something I have no idea what it is or anything like that. I have never in my life heard of the person or their product. How is it even possible?

If its showing on your paypal account and not just a spoof email? then....
change your password and security questions.
keep an eye on your funding sources.
open a dispute for unauthorised transaction as per link.
