I have a money in my paypal account but the transaction doesnt go through.

I am trying to make a payment from my PP balance account.  The transaction won't go through.

Are the funds in your balance cleared and not pending or on hold?

Are the funds in the correct currency for the recipient to accept?

Do you have the full amount of funds in your balance to pay the recipient?

Do you have a linked and confirmed bank account or card linked to your paypal account as well?
