I changed my email address in my settings and then had money sent to my account. The money didn't reflect in my account and since then, I have found an email sent to my old account saying that I need to claim the payment from a [removed] email address.
It wouldn't accept my old email address, obviously, so I tried the new one - no luck. I added the old email address, and then when I tried again to claim the payment it said "transaction doesn't exist."
Can someone tell me how to get this money please?

Did you confirm the old email address after adding it?
If so and transaction does not exist it sounds as if the payment showed as unclaimed on the senders side and they cancelled it, why not check with them?

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
