I changed my email address in my settings and then had money sent to my account. The money didn't reflect in my account and since then, I have found an email sent to my old account saying that I need to claim the payment from a [removed] email address. It wouldn't accept my old email address, obviously, so I tried the new one - no luck. I added the old email address, and then when I tried again to claim the payment it said "transaction doesn't exist." Can someone tell me how to get this money please?
