I cant send payments to other accounts in India

I am trying to send payments to a friend in India. But I am unable to complete the paymeny. Is there any limitation for trasfering payment universally? Note that profile payment is enabled on the destination account

Make sure the recipient in India has set up his account with the extra requirements needed to accept funds in India.
