I cannot reviece my first transaction what could be the issue

I understand you're having issues receiving money on your PayPal account. In order to receive money through PayPal, make sure your email and phone number are confirmed and your account is verified. Also, make sure that there are no limitations on your account and that you have confirmed your identity with PayPal. If you have completed all these, there should not be any issues receiving money. If you continue to face issues, please contact PayPal support directly so that they can look into your account and help resolve the matter.
