Why I can't send payment? It's said "Sorry we weren't able to complete at your payment this time, please try again later. Pleaseeeeeee help me how to fix this pleaseeeeeee

Thank you for your Post. I suggest you clear your browser cache, cookies and then try to send payment by following these steps.
If you are still unable to send payment, I suggest you to contact our PayPal customer support directly.
