On 3rd of July PayPal made a transaction to a merchant that provides document making services. I panicked i quickly stopped the subscription and filed for dispute. The dispute was then closed by PayPal and the case was closed in the seller's favor, i also contacted the merchant for this matter but they said they couldn't make the refund since they do not have any access to refund my payment because i already raised a chargeback.
How do i remove this chargeback so i get get a full refund?
