How to ask refund for paid invoice

A seller sent me an invoice which I paid through PayPal, but it's not showing on my account activity, although it came to same email I have with PayPal and also received invoice confirmation on email. How can I ask for refund if it is not showing on activity?

Did you log into your paypal account to pay or pay via a card as a guest buyer to a merchants paypal card reader?

for one of them, I was logged in and I could see it under my activity and did ask for a Dispute,

but for the 1st payment done, I wasn't logged in, but I put my paypal gmail address on the invoice - and I have the invoice but can't do anything else or claim a refund 😞

You ''may'' not have Paypal buyer protection cover as a guest buyer but you can contact customer services and they may be able to assist you by reaching out to the seller for you OR opening a dispute if you are covered by buyer protection.
So If you need help for a guest buyer transaction then you can;

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will help you.
OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
