How much money can I transfer from my bank account (via debit card) to my PayPal balance ?

I use my PP M/card to pay bills, to get cash back.  When I try to transfer money from my bank account to my PP Balance, it only lets me transfer $100 at a time, and only $200 total. Is that the new policy?

I found out that the bank debit card I have linked to my PayPal account has/had a $200 daily limit.  How it still only let me transfer $100 at a time.
