transaction issue

i have done a payment through direct without login paypal account to buy a online course but the transaction details are not showing in my paypal account i already given the same email id and mobile number on payment time

I understand you'd like to learn more about what happens when you make a purchase without logging in, and I apologize for any confusion you've encountered. When you're not logged into your account, the purchase is considered a guest checkout. Guest checkout transactions do not show on your PayPal account. If you have any difficulty with your purchase, such as you don't receive the item or it's not as described, you can still file a dispute by reaching out to Customer Support.
