How do I see the transaction ID of a failed transaction?

Hello, I made one transaction with paypal on 20th November and it failed, but I was debited four times!

I’ve waited for a refund but I didn’t get it and I can’t even find the transaction ID to create a dispute.

This is really terrible and I need help in fixing this.

I'm sorry to know that you were charged for the failed transaction. Typically, you won't be charged for the transaction that was cancelled. If you reach out to our support, they will assist you with the dispute if we find the transaction. I would recommend that you contact your bank or card used for the transaction to see if they can help you.
