How do I cancel a payment when they tell me to hit the cancel button, but there is no cancel button? 

Is there a time limit? What is going on? There is no "cancel" button!

You can only cancel a payment if it has gone to an incorrect email address that isn't linked to a paypal account and so could never complete.

If you want to cancel a pending or completed payment you need to contact the merchant and request a cancellation and a refund.
