How can I cancel this payment and get my money back if it doesn't show up in my paypal activities ?

I shopped online without completing the payment step, but by entering paypal data. Money was transferred from my internet bank with paypal payment details. How can I cancel this payment and get my money back if it doesn't show up in my paypal activities ?

If you bought something online with a debit or credit card and didn't log into your Paypal account then of course it won't show on that Paypal account because you bought as a guest buyer.

You ''may'' not have Paypal buyer protection cover as a guest buyer but you can contact customer services and they may be able to assist you by reaching out to the seller for you OR opening a dispute if you are covered by buyer protection.
So If you need help for a guest buyer transaction then you can;

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will help you.

2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.

I did log in with PayPal account but used my debit card. But I could not complete the purchase process because they did not offer delivery to my country. I closed the address and went to buy the product in another place, no longer through paypal. Only thing i see on paypal is this notification - "Pending €24,80 EUR payment. On October 9 2023, you authorized a payment of 24,80 EUR on your card xx-4435. If the payment is voided for any reason, the pending amount won't be charged. It may take a few days for this to show on your card statement."

When you pay a company then it is often pending or awaiting authorisation until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process the order and capture that payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment and returns back to your funding source.
However may be quicker than that if the merchant has the option to void it on their site.
