Hidden currency conversion fee

I have reported this to the FTC and other agencies. The transaction will be reported in Germany. My attorney sending letter asking for fees to be refunded. Paypal charge 4.5% when the transaction needs the currency conversion. They don't show these charges in the transaction. For a transaction of 1512 euros they charged me about $115 fee. I'm going to keep reporting this to agencies until I hear something. Finished this transaction will not do any more.

There's no information about fees mentioned prior to transaction. The fees should be upfront. The fees aren't because there's other options to pay. I contacted the Federal trade commission in the USA and in the process of contacting the German trade commission since I'm in Germany at the moment. Finally in going to contact an attorney. Thieves shouldn't be allowed
