Help to use and withdraw my balance

I have some issues here. I do not find Malaysia state regarding to put address so I can't withdraw my balance. I want to use my balance to buy anything through online but I do not know how. It just show debit/credit card or pay later. Please help me. I need some advice about easier way to use my balance. Thank you

If you click on withdraw then the options available for the withdrawal of funds show up.

If your bank does not and you have added and confirmed it then maybe its not an option in your country.

However you query the address, so have you definitely opened a Malaysian paypal account?
