I accidentally transfered money from Land bank to Gcash Xchange And I don't know where my money? It's not showing in Gcash.

Hi, 

I tried to follow that steps and even on google. But I can't find any manage my pre-approved payment option. 

That is the only option. I need to approve the G-Cash so I can cash in. Do you have the link for pre-approve payment option? Thank you!
