Hi, basically I created my account less than a week ago, I am a freelancer and a coder so I basically need to do tasks which the customers give me, and I receive the payment through paypal, the thing is, whenever I receive the payment it goes on hold and I cannot accept the payment, the thing is that I even have a team to pay, but due to the money being on hold I cannot pay them, I just started and I cannot afford to pay them through my income yet, if someone has a solution to stop my payments going on hold, please help me.
