Double Debit Bank Account

I recently made a transaction on PayPal and right after the transaction I go to check my bank account and I see that I have been charged twice for the same transaction but on my PayPal transaction history there is only one

Hello, thank you for your answer, do you think it's possible that it's a security at the level of the bank and that the money will come back later?
