I am sorry to know about the trouble you are having to receive money and I understand this can be concerning. Please be informed that you receive money when someone pays to your email address. Once that happens, we'll send you a message letting you know you have money available. You can access the money you receive on your PayPal account home page. If you do not see the received amount in the activity history and have received any notification about the same, please contact the sender and cross check for the payment details such as email address to while the funds were sent too, ask for the transaction ID as well. Before you proceed, kindly check the Resolution Center to see if there are notifications about your account status or limitation that needs to be completed.
