Hi I have a problem today that I have been charged twice by PayPal in fact what happen that I was trying to buy shoes from one of these websites and the first time I tried to buy the shoes using the PayPal for the payment on website but business website told me that the transaction is not confirmed and not able to process and I was not sure what was the issue but I have been charged , then I thought just to try again as a second time when I tried again to buy and make payment I’ve been charged another time with PayPal and the website info made that my order transaction again can not be processed and therefore was not confirmed , but I have been charged twice now what will happen since the order is canceled and has not been processed and was not confirmed , will PayPal will refund me this money and put it back to my card
