I've been having a problem since yesterday regarding to cash in to gcash even though i have exceed the minimum amount. There is nothing wrong on my activity like a on hold money or whatsoever. I tried many ways to fix it, re-link it to my gcash and restart my phone but it still the same, the amount that i have in my paypal balance is stil 350 pesos. Is there anyone experiencing this? Hope you could help me for i needed it to pay up to my fees.

If you have 350 PHP in your balance, regrettably, the transfer cannot be completed. However, you can keep the funds in your PayPal balance, send it to friends and family, or use it to complete a purchase.
