Cant receive donations on Twitch, the PayPal screen closes

Hello, Im a streamer on Twitch. Im having a problem where when my viewers wants to send me a donation the small screen after selecting automatically closes, it starts loading but closes almost immediately. I dont see any limitations or restrictions anywhere on my account

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some receiving donations through Twitch. I can understand how this can be a bit concerning. Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history yet? If not, I'd start there. You may also wish to make sure your Account is Verified. 

Also, accepting donations through streaming services does require prior approval through our Support Teams. You can find more information in our Restricted Activities list here.
