I have a North Lane virtual prepaid mastercard that I want to use to transfer funds to friends via PayPal. However, when I try to use the card or validate it it gets declined. Can someone explain what is going on?
Paypal does not accept all cards so you may get the message the card is declined. If the Visa you are trying to add is virtual or issued online you may need to try another card.
