Every time I try to pay with paypal, it only gives me the option to pay with my card. I tried changing the online paying preference in my settings, but my card is the only option it gives.

That is the only option you have in your country unfortunately.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
